Disciple of Prayer
Good morning, I’ve been addicted to gambling since I was 21, and I will be 44 in a month. For twenty plus years, this addiction has taken over my life. It has prevented me from doing the things that I should be enjoying. I’m depressed all the time. I have no true friends. I do not like going out. After work, it’s gambling. Every other week I find myself gambling up my entire paycheck, which includes bill money. I used to drive to the casino, now I just play the online games. I just recently deleted my online game, because I’m tired, I’m exhausted. I want to start enjoying life. I want to be happy, but I feel like it has a hold on me. Please help. I need real help and I can’t do this along…Thanks

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Banrel, who is struggling with a long-standing addiction to gambling. Lord, we acknowledge that this addiction has taken over Banrel's life for over two decades, causing depression, isolation, and financial difficulties. We lift up Banrel's weary heart to you, knowing that you are the source of true help and deliverance.

Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We ask that you draw near to Banrel in this time of need, comforting and strengthening them. Lord, we pray for a renewed sense of hope and joy to fill Banrel's life, replacing the emptiness and despair caused by this addiction.

Father, we know that addiction is a powerful force, but we also know that you are even more powerful. We ask for your divine intervention to break the chains of gambling addiction that have held Banrel captive for so long. Your Word in 2 Corinthians 10:4 assures us that the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We declare in faith that every stronghold of addiction in Banrel's life is demolished by the power of Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for wisdom and guidance for Banrel to seek the necessary help and support to overcome this addiction. Lead them to resources, counselors, and support groups that can provide the assistance they need. Surround Banrel with genuine friends who will encourage and support their journey towards freedom.

We also pray for financial restoration, Lord. You are the provider of all our needs, and we ask that you provide for Banrel's financial obligations and help them manage their finances wisely. Give them the strength and discipline to resist the temptation to gamble and to prioritize their responsibilities.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for a renewed passion for life and a deep sense of purpose to fill Banrel's heart. Show them the abundant life that you have planned for them, free from the bondage of addiction. Help them to discover their true identity and find joy in the things that bring glory to your name.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your unfailing love and believe that you are able to bring complete healing and restoration to Banrel's life. May your grace and mercy be poured out upon them, leading them into a life of freedom and fulfillment.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed in Jesus' name that God will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4:
Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33
: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth and fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always respect, obey and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith

God Has All Power To Heal...

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
