Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, interceding on behalf of Borgoran and her son Kristopher. Lord, we lift up Kristopher to you, who is struggling with alcohol addiction. We acknowledge that this situation has become overwhelming and has taken a hold of him like a demon. But we know that nothing is impossible for you, Lord.
We pray, in the name of Jesus Christ, that you would intervene in Kristopher's life. We ask that you break the chains of addiction that bind him and set him free. Lord, we pray for a supernatural transformation in his heart and mind. Fill him with a deep desire to turn away from alcohol and to seek after you, the true source of peace and fulfillment.
Father, we also pray for Borgoran, who feels helpless and burdened by this situation. Comfort her, Lord, and remind her that you are with her every step of the way. Strengthen her faith and grant her wisdom and discernment as she navigates through this difficult time. Fill her home with your presence, Lord, and cleanse it from any negative influences.
We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We believe that it is your will for Kristopher to be set free from addiction and for Borgoran's home to be a place of peace and restoration. We trust in your faithfulness, Lord, and we thank you in advance for the victory that you will bring in this situation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
"Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praise. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." - James 5:13-15
