Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up ### and their family in prayer. Lord, we are deeply troubled by the behavior of their young cousin, who has been stealing and causing distress within the family. We know that this child was not like this when he first came to stay with them, and it grieves us to see him walking down a path of wrongdoing.
Father, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray for the transformation of this young boy's heart. Just as You changed the heart of the thief on the cross, we ask that You touch his heart and lead him away from this destructive behavior. We pray that he may come to know Your love and grace, and that he may be set free from any spiritual bondage that may be influencing him.
Lord, we also lift up ###'s parents, who are believers and are struggling to manage this situation. Grant them wisdom, strength, and patience as they navigate these challenging times. Help them to be a source of love and guidance for this young boy, and give them the discernment to know the best course of action.
We pray for the boy's biological parents as well, that their hearts may be softened and that they may come to know You. We ask that they become more involved and concerned about their child's well-being.
Father, we seek Your guidance on whether it is right to send the boy back to his parents. We trust in Your perfect wisdom and timing. Help this family to make decisions that are in accordance with Your will and that will ultimately bring healing and restoration.
We stand on Your promises, Lord, knowing that You are a God who hears our prayers and answers them according to Your perfect will. We place our trust in You, believing that You can bring about a miraculous change in this situation.
