Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, humbly and gratefully acknowledging Your love and faithfulness. We thank You for this new day and week that You have blessed us with. We pray that Your name would be glorified, honored, praised, worshipped, and thanked by all Your children throughout this day and week. May our hearts overflow with gratitude for Your goodness and grace.
As Your children, we ask for Your blessings to be upon us. We claim the promise in Joel 2:25 that You will restore to us the years that the locusts have eaten. We pray for Your kingdom to come and Your will to be done in our lives. Help us to seek You first and to delight ourselves in You, knowing that as we do, You will give us the desires of our hearts.
Father, we pray for an abundance of Your grace in our lives. Strengthen us in times of temptation and help us to overcome. Let nothing be too hard for us, and may all things work together for our good. Keep us blameless and harmless, shining as lights in the midst of a crooked and perverse world. Fill us with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
We declare that the kingdom, power, and glory belong to You forever and ever. We surrender ourselves to Your will and trust in Your sovereignty. May Your name be exalted in our lives and may Your purposes be fulfilled. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
