My problem is I have chronic pelvic disease, hepatitis B, peptic ulcers, body itching, vaginal itching and smell for over ### years now, which has affected my marriage, my job as an ###, my finances, and my family. Please woman of God, help me in prayers. I am tired of taking drugs every day. Also, I need God's mercy on me. I need promotion at work. I believe it's only Jesus who can help me in these situations.
