We are joining you in prayer for your good health.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is very interested in our wellbeing and health. In Exodus 23:25,
God says, I will take sickness away from among you.
Furthermore, it is by Jesus' stripes that we are healed. In Isaiah 53:5,
But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.
But let us also remember that our ultimate healing will occur when we are with the Lord forever. We may also suffer sickness as a means to strengthening our faith and being a testimony to others. Even the Apostle Paul suffered sickness. In 2 Corinthians 12:7-10,
By reason of the exceeding greatness of the revelations, that I should not be exalted excessively, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to torment me, that I should not be exalted excessively. Concerning this thing, I begged the Lord three times that it might depart from me. He has said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.
Therefore, I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up Anonymous, asking for Your healing touch.
We believe that nothing is impossible for You, and that by the stripes of Jesus, Anonymous can be healed.
We pray for their faith to be strengthened, and for them to be a testimony to the healing power of Jesus.
We also pray that if it is Your will for them to go through sickness, that they will find peace and comfort in You.
We ask that they will learn to glory in their weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on them.
Lastly, we pray that they would trust in Jesus for their salvation from the punishment of their sins.
We pray this request in the name of Jesus Christ and no other.
We encourage Anonymous to seek God's will in their life. To be in good health and prosper is good, but to be in Christ is better. In 1 Peter 2:21, 24,
Because Christ also suffered for us, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps?
Who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed.
In Christ alone is true life, both now and forever.
