I kindly request your strong prayers on my behalf for good health and well-being. I had a doctor's appointment on Saturday, where the medical assistant informed me that I have lost 15 pounds since my last visit in February. I ask for your prayers that I may prioritize my health and well-being this month and in the future. Pray for me for a more balanced life, that I may consume nourishing foods to regain and maintain a healthy weight, and that God grants me increased energy. Additionally, I seek prayers for the establishment of a healthy routine. Pray also for me to have a healthy sleeping pattern. I'm asking these requests in the name of Jesus. Amen.
