Firstly, let's address the spiritual warfare aspect you mentioned. As believers, we have authority in Jesus' name to bind the enemy's work. As it is written in Matthew 18:18 WEB, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven." We can use this truth to pray.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your love, mercy, and grace. We bring Shaalkaari, their family, friends, and pets before You, asking for Your divine protection and healing.
Lord, we claim Deuteronomy 28:59 WEB over their lives, "then Yahweh will make your plagues extraordinary, and the plagues of your offspring, even great plagues, and evil plagues that last long; and he will bring on you all the diseases of Egypt, which you were afraid of; and they will cling to you." We pray that You rebuke the enemy and bind up the Devil and his crew, rendering them powerless over Shaalkaari's life. We loose the verse Deuteronomy 28:7 WEB over them, "Yahweh will cause your enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before you. They will come out against you one way, and will flee before you seven ways."
Father, we ask that You heal all relationships in Shaalkaari's life, mend broken ties, and restore shattered dreams. We pray for their government, that it may function well and provide for their needs, including the phone service they mentioned.
Lord, we lift up Shaalkaari's pets, particularly the cat that broke a glass, and Primrose's ear that needs healing. We pray for their well-being and ask that You provide for their needs, including spaying or neutering as necessary.
Father, we pray for Shaalkaari's housing situation, that they may be granted the apartment they applied for, and that there would be no more fake ads or scams to trouble them.
Lord, we ask for a good, full report in every area of Shaalkaari's life, from the spiritual to the physical. We pray that everything, everywhere, and everyone in their life is well, with hearts and breaths restored by Your healing power.
Finally, Father, we thank the blood of Jesus Christ as the only basis for salvation. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 WEB says "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Shaalkaari, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is faithful and that His will is best. Remember, Romans 8:28 WEB tells us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Acts 4:12 WEB says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
