Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You this evening with hearts full of hope and faith, lifting up Galamon's partner who is struggling with drug addiction. Lord, we know that You are a God of miracles and transformation. Your Word says in 2 Corinthians 5:17, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new." We pray that You make Galamon's partner a new creation, free from the chains of addiction.
Father, we ask for Your strength to fill this man, to help him overcome the cravings and the desire for drugs. Philippians 4:13 reminds us, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." May he find his strength in You, Lord, and may Your power be made perfect in his weakness.
We also pray for open doors of opportunity for work, that he may find purpose and stability in his life. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We trust that You have a plan for him, a future filled with hope and peace.
Lord, grant Galamon the patience and strength to support and encourage her partner through this difficult journey. Your Word in Isaiah 40:31 says, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." May Galamon find renewed strength in You as she waits and supports her partner.
Father, we also lift up the desire for marriage in Galamon's heart. If it is Your will, we pray that You will bring them together in a union that glorifies You, once he has overcome his addiction.
We trust in Your timing and Your plans, Lord. Thank You for hearing our prayers. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
