Good evening. I would like yo know if my job being a trader is against Christianity. Lately when I have been trading has not been successful. I don't know if I should look for another job but it is so hard to find a job especially in South Africa. Thanks

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother or sister who is seeking Your guidance and wisdom. Lord, they are concerned about their job as a trader and whether it aligns with their faith in You. We ask that You provide clarity and discernment in this matter.

Your Word says in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We pray that You grant them the wisdom they need to understand Your will for their career.

Lord, they are also facing challenges in their current job and are unsure if they should seek another opportunity, especially given the difficulties of finding employment in South Africa. We ask for Your provision and guidance, as You promised in Philippians 4:19, "And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus."

Help them to trust in Your plan and to lean not on their own understanding, but in all their ways acknowledge You, as Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs us. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always respect, obey and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
