We are lifting up this situation in prayer, asking God to guide and protect as she attends her psychiatrist appointment. We pray that God will grant wisdom and discernment to the psychiatrist, so that they may provide the best care and support for her needs. We also pray for her mother and stepfather, that God would bless their efforts to support her and make things right.
We are reminded of the power of God's Word, which is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart in Hebrews 4:12 WEB. We pray that God's Word would speak to her heart, bringing healing, comfort, and guidance.
We also want to remind everyone that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God and be saved in Acts 4:12 WEB. For there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. So we pray all this in the name of Jesus Christ.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this dear one as she attends her psychiatrist appointment. We ask that You would guide and protect her, granting wisdom and discernment to her psychiatrist. We pray for her mother and stepfather, that You would bless their efforts to support her and make things right.
We thank You for the power of Your Word, which is living and active, able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart. We pray that Your Word would speak to her heart, bringing healing, comfort, and guidance.
We also pray that she would know You, Heavenly Father, and have a personal relationship with Your Son, Jesus Christ. We ask that You would draw her close to You, and that she would come to know the saving power of Jesus' name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage her to trust in God, knowing that He is always with her, and that He will never leave her nor forsake her in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB. We also encourage her to seek God's will in all things, trusting that He has a plan and purpose for her life in Jeremiah 29:11 WEB.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. We encourage her to continue seeking support and guidance from her loved ones, and to trust in God's love and faithfulness.
