Let us come together in prayer and support for Tachick and their son, Jakeb. We trust in the power of prayer and the promises of God. The scripture has guidance and encouragement at designing our prayers:
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6, WEB)
We know that God has compassion for our suffering and we are told and even commanded to cast our cares on him because he cares for us. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB)
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Jakeb and Tachick to You. We ask that You grant Jakeb strength, endurance, and good health—both physically and mentally—as he goes about his work today and every day. We ask for an attitude of joy that is a choice that comes from the Holy Spirit. (Galatians 5:23)
Lord Jesus you taught us: (Matthew 6:34 WEB) "So do not be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
Therefore we ask that you help Lord God help Jakeb to focus on today and not the trouble of the past or future. Please, Lord, let Your peace that passes all understanding
guard Jakeb's heart and mind today in the name Jesus. (Philippians 4:7, WEB) We pray against anxiety and worry, and we ask You to grant Your peace that passes all understanding to keep Jakeb's heart and mind.
We also pray for Tachick, that You would comfort and strengthen them as they support their son. Give them wisdom and discernment to guide Jakeb and to know how to pray for him. We know their family and all of us will always have troubles on earth. (John 16:33 WEB)
Lord we ask that you use even these troubles to help Jakeb grow spiritually. He is a good and kind soul. May he find his strength in the Joy of the Lord in greater and greater each day.
Father, we ask for Your will to be done in Jakeb’s life and in Tachick’s. Give them both the assurance of Your presence and the hope that comes from knowing You.
Thank you Lord for all your answered prayer in our lives, for your ultimate answer to sin and evil on the cross and through the resurrection of Jesus. You have saved us who believe.
We join our hearts together and pray that you would bless Tachick and Jakeb with your saving grace and knowledge of Christ.
Remind us, Lord that everything, even the bad, does work together for good for those who love God and are called to his purposes.
In Jesus Christ we pray together this day. Our asked in Jesus precious name.
We encourage Tachick to continue praying fervently for Jakeb and to trust in God’s perfect plan. Jakeb was fearfully and wonderfully made by God and he is known deeply by Christ.
We ask you Tachick that in the future that you pray in Jesus name. For you and Jakeb it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We only save by the name of Jesus, Christ, Jesus Christ.
It is important to affirm your faith in God in your requests.
"Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.' How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher?" (Romans 10:13-14 WEB)
Jakeb we want you to hear the call to Jesus. God is calling listen carefully, call out to him through Jesus and be saved, experience the healing, joy, and teachings that come through God's Holy Spirt.
Jesus experienced suffering and through it learned obedience and at the end of all things in heaven is our joy. Let us always desire to finish the race so that we can experience heaven with God at the end of the age.
Let us come together to support Tachick and Jakeb in prayer, encouraging them to trust in God’s plan and to seek His will in all things. Because they call upon Him, may they be saved.
