Good day sir, I am one of your followers, I read your books and try following your footsteps. I am a contractor in one of the largest cement companies in Nigeria. I have been working with them for 9 years. The company is growing big every day but the company keeps reducing the amount they pay me. I borrowed money to buy all the trucks and wheelloaders I supply to this company. I am in huge debt and anytime I am about getting out of debt, the company brings a policy of bringing new equipment and reducing the amount they pay me, making me go back to borrowing. I don't want to continue like this. What do I do? The company brought a new operation manager that wants to terminate my contract. I want an increase and to take over the contract work and get out of debt. I am also married and I need the fruit of the womb, thanks ### ###.
