Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their son to you. Lord, we thank you for your love and care for them. We ask that you touch their son's body and bring complete healing and restoration to his ailments. May he be strengthened and able to return to work soon.

Lord, we also pray for favor and understanding from their son's boss. We ask that you soften their boss's heart and grant them grace and compassion towards their son's situation. May their boss be understanding and supportive, allowing their son the time he needs to recover without any negative consequences.

We trust in your sovereignty, Lord, and we believe that you are able to work all things together for good. We thank you in advance for the positive outcome in this situation. May your peace and favor rest upon ### and their son.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
