Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our churchmate Edison to you. We pray for him, Lord, as he has backslidden and turned away from you. We ask for your mercy and grace to be poured out upon him, drawing him back into a close relationship with you.
Lord, we pray for reconciliation, both between Edison and you, and between Edison and Bonither. We ask that you soften Edison's heart and open his eyes to see the error of his ways. Help him to repent and turn back to you, Lord, experiencing the forgiveness and restoration that only you can provide.
We also pray for Bonither, who is seeking reconciliation with Edison. Grant Bonither wisdom, patience, and love as they navigate this situation. May their relationship be restored, and may they both experience healing and unity through your grace.
Father, we know that nothing is impossible for you. Your Word reminds us in 1 John 5:14-15 that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We believe that it is your will for Edison to come back to you and for reconciliation to take place. We trust in your faithfulness to answer our prayers.
In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.
