Disciple of Prayer
Good day Man of God I would like to ask for urgent prayer and deliverance please. My husband, Zane Jansen, our partner my brother and I prayed long and hard to make a business opportunity a reality and in January 2018, God blesses us with this business. We received a loan from an SME bank, here in Namibia, to help us buy the goodwill and equipment for a Puma service station in Swakopmund for 5.1 million Namibia Dollars. We had to give the bank collateral as sureity for the loan amount. We gave 3 houses, 2 belonging to my husband and the most important 1, belongs to my mother in law who recently retired from the Ministry when she turned 60 years. My husband also resigned from his work at the Ministry to run the business full time. When we took over the business, the building was extremely dilapidated, so the loan was granted on the condition that Puma would renovate the building. According to our contract signed with Puma, the renovation was supposed to start in February 2018 but only transpired in August 2018. From January 2018- August 2018 we had to operate with broken pumps and faulty electrical wiring. We were told that the shop renovation would take only 1-2 weeks which ended up taking 10 weeks. During those 10 weeks while the shop was closed, we still had to pay salaries, water, rent, electricity. Also, according to our contract we never received training from the company, to equip my husband and I to run the business efficiently. During the renovation the service station made losses and we started using up all our savings, to keep head above water for the 10 weeks. After the renovation was finished, we were not in the position financially, to buy a full truck of fuel which cost $350 000 per load. We were then being penalized for only buying half loads of fuel and Mr. Francis Handili told us that our contract will not be renewed for 2019, because we had broken our contract by not buying full loads of fuel. They did not want to recognize the fact that we were in this financial position because of the renovation they did. In December 2018 during a meeting with Mr. Francis Handili we were made an offer, by the regional country manager of Puma Namibia, for 4,5 million dollars for the business. We decided to take the offer and take the lost of the $600 000 so that we could then pay our loan and get our properties released. In January 2019, when I called to find out about how the payment will work and when it will be done, the manager told me that he does not remember making an offer like that and said that I was lying. The next day, this same man, came to the business and told us to vacate the premises immediately. They have another dealer that they are giving the business to which did not have a lisense but will operate on our lisence in the meantime. Needless to say, we were flabbergasted. My husband and I begged and pleaded for him not to do this and we explained to him everything we stand to lose because we cannot pay back the loan without the business. His answer was that he doesn't care. Since 2019, we have been trying to get people to buy the business. To no avail. Every single person was blocked by Puma Namibia. We have been to see many lawyers, none is willing to help us because they all want to be paid and we don't have money. My husband has also lost his income since we were evicted from the premises. We have been gravely wronged and bullied by these people. We have tried everything to get assistance with this matter. God is the only way to help us. My mother in law is very ill because she is worried that her house will be taken and she and her grand children will be put out on the street. They have nowhere to go. My husband and I will also lose our properties. We will lose everything. We never dreamt that we would be treated as ill as we were by the oil company, Puma Namibia. Our main concern being my mother in law's house Please help us because we got a summons from DBN last week that they are moving ahead to start selling our properties. Regards Vanessa Jansen
