Good Afternoon

I just returned from the Dr. and want you to rejoice with me. I have another opportunity to see the hand of the LORD work in my life. Several months ago I had an ultrasound on my internal organs to determine why I had some persistent pain in my stomach area. The result showed a spot on my liver but the Dr. said that it was probably just blood vessels that had come to the surface but he ordered an MRI so a month ago I had it done. The results of the MRI showed there were more spots than the ultrasound showed and that they were not just the blood vessels. So I was sent to a specialist who did scopes of both ends and he found a growth between my small and large intestine and he ordered a liver biopsy. I just received the results of the biopsy and as suspected the growth in the bowels is cancerous and it has spread to the liver. I am now waiting to get an appointment with an oncologist to determine whether to have surgery or if it can be treated with chemo or radiation.

The LORD gave Darlene a word "that after I have suffered for a while then HE will come and heal me" I stand on HIS word and trust only in HIS Holy Name. When I left the Dr.'s office this song came to mind. We used to sing it a lot during the 80's.

"Who's report are you going to believe? I will believe the report of the LORD. HIS report says I am healed, HIS report says I am sealed, His report says I am free, HIS report says VICTORY."

I will be like Job and say "even though HE slay me yet I will praise HIM".

Please pray for me as the LORD brings me to mind that above all HIS will be done in my life and not my own.
