We are truly sorry to hear that you are going through a life struggle at such a young age. Remember, God has plans for you, plans for welfare and not for calamity, to give you a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB) We are also told Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. (Philippians 4:6-7, Colossians 3:17 WEB)
First, we would like to make sure you are praying to God through Jesus Christ. It is only through the name Jesus that we have access to God, as we are told And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! (Acts 4:12 WEB) And whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it. (John 14:13-14 WEB)
Let us pray together for you now.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this young person to You, Father. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that You surround them with Your peace, and help them to know that You are the only God, the One True God that loves them and has a future for them. We pray that You would be a strong presence in their life, guiding them through this struggle, and helping them to know that You will never leave them or forsake them. (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB) We ask that You would take away their fears and stresses, and replace them with a love for You, and a faith that can move mountains. (Matthew 17:20 WEB) We pray that they would come to know You more, Father, and that through this trial they would grow in their relationship with You and become the person that You have called them to be. We ask that they would not only be hearers of the word, but doers also. (James 1:22 WEB)
We ask this all in the precious name of your Son, Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we can come to You, Father, and ask these things.
Amen.
This can be a difficult time, but remember, God is always there for you, even in the darkest of times. He will never leave you or forsake you. Trust the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB) Stay strong in your faith, and keep your eyes focused on Jesus. As it says in the Word Hebrews 12:2-3 Looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, thinking nothing of the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him who has endured such hostility of sinners against himself, so that you don't grow weary, fainting in your souls. (WEB)
