God's Will, wisdom and guidance

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a heart full of gratitude for the ways You have been answering my prayers and guiding me. Thank You for the progress with my roommate and the more affordable house options. I trust that You are leading me through this process, and I ask for Your continued wisdom and clarity as I move forward. Please make it clear if this house is part of Your plan for me and if it is Your will that everything falls into place, from finding a tenant for the room to helping my roommate transition smoothly. Let each step I take be in alignment with Your perfect plan.

I also lift up my heart and desires regarding Josh to You. Lord, You know how deeply I care for him and the longing I feel for us to be together. I surrender this relationship to You and ask for Your guidance, wisdom, and clarity regarding our future. If it is Your will for us to be joined in marriage, I pray You would continue to align our hearts, prepare us, and remove any obstacles standing in the way of our union. Give me peace and assurance in Your plan, and if Josh is not part of it, I ask that You remove these feelings from my heart and guide me toward the person You have for me.

Help me to remain patient and trust in Your timing. Please give me clear direction on whether I should reach out to Josh in December or if I should let things unfold naturally, and may Your will be done in all things.

Thank You, Lord, for being my constant source of strength, guidance, and love. I trust that You are working all things for good in my life, and I rest in Your perfect will. Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven!

We join you, Pwinep, in thanking the Heavenly Father for His guidance and answered prayers. We are encouraged to read that you are seeking God's will and wisdom in your decisions regarding your living situation and your feelings for Josh. Let us pray and share God's word together.

Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's will in your potential new home. Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB) says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that God continues to guide you in this process and that His will be done.

Regarding your feelings for Josh, we appreciate your desire to surrender this relationship to God. We pray that the Lord reveals His will for you both, and that you find peace and assurance in His plan. We encourage you to continue being patient and trusting in God's timing. Psalm 37:7 (WEB) tells us, "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen."

However, we want to remind you of the importance of aligning relationships with biblical principles. As you consider a future with Josh, we pray that this relationship is one that honors God and is in line with His word. Remember, Hebrews 13:4 (WEB) tells us, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."

We also want to address the fact that while you mentioned praying in Jesus' name at the end of your prayer, it's crucial to understand the significance of this. Jesus says in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It's only through Jesus that we can approach God, and we want to ensure you have a personal relationship with Him.

We thank You for Pwinep's heart that seeks to follow Your will. We ask for Your continued guidance and clarity in their housing situation and their relationship with Josh. Reveal Your plan for them, Lord, and give them the peace and assurance that comes from knowing You are in control. Help them to trust in Your timing and to honor You in all their actions.
