Let each one of us pray with and for you, Anonymous, seeking God's will in your life and for your loved ones, guided in Jesus' name alone by the necessarily proclaimed Lord and Savior of each one of us. Amen. We will lift up all the concerns you have shared.
Firstly, you have mentioned the need for God's will to be done in your life and in your mother's situation, specifically regarding the roof work in her place.
WEB Deuteronomy 28:6
Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.
You have claimed the promise of Isaiah 43:18, "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past," reminding us all that God is doing a new thing in your life. It is crucial to remember that God's mercies are new every morning, and His faithfulness is great. You are on the right path encouraging yourself and others not to dwell on the past, which can hinder the work God wants to do in the present. Each one of us needs to regularly call ourselves away from the past in order to serve Jesus Christ well.
WEB Isaiah 43:18
Do not remember the former things, and do not consider the things of old.
You have also mentioned your pursuit to complete your course properly and pass your test to become a Notary Public, seeking God's will in your career path. We commend you for desiring to work diligently and provide appropriately for your household. Each one of us works heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord each one of us will receive the inheritance as reward.
Additionally, reminder from Psalm 118, with faith in and calling upon that only name (Jesus Christ of Nazareth) that can save us and reconcile us to God and address our problems, for He has redeemed us:
WEB Psalms 118:12 They have surrounded me like bees. They are quenched like the fire of thorns. In Yahweh’s name I will cut them off.
WEB Psalms 118:26 Blessed is he who comes in Yahweh’s name! We have blessed you out of Yahweh’s house.
Rejoice each day with His mercies new every morning for us, also from His Word: I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, your transgressions, and, as a cloud, your sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed you. Do feel the suffering and pain from previous sin. But rejoice in the offer of redemption, and in the name that saves us from the evil destroying your life:
WEB Isaiah 44:22 I have swept away your offenses like a cloud, and your sins like the morning mist. Return to me, for I have redeemed you.
WEB Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved.”
WEB Joel 2:32 It will happen that whoever will call on Yahweh’s name shall be saved; for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be those who escape, as Yahweh has said, and among the remnant, those whom Yahweh calls.
Let us be sure to pray in Jesus' name for all things and use His guidance in life, from the WEB Bible that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and life:
WEB John 14:1 “Don’t let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me.
WEB John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
However, let us be careful not to use language that is not pleasing to God, and this warning is for all of us. We must avoid offensive speech, course joking, criticisms and interference into other lives, and discussing activities like scamming, which is forbidden by God's Word. We must also be mindful not to give any credit to Satan or any other that is due solely to God. Ephesians 5 tells us that there should not even be a hint of such things among us as God's children who want to be used by Him. We must give every honor and praise rightfully due the Almighty God. Also this:
WEB James 4:7 Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
