Beloved of All
Dear God, I come to you seeking your gentle guidance and clarity regarding my marriage. Your word tells us to ask, and so I humbly request that you speak clearly about your will for my life in this matter. I place my trust in you, believing that the plans you have for me are good, promising prosperity and well-being. No matter what decision lies ahead, I know that as my Father, your choice for me is the best path forward. I will be still and watch for your deliverance, holding on to the belief that you will respond swiftly, igniting my spirit with your Holy fire. In Jesus' name, I pray this with faith. Amen.

We are glad to join you in prayer and seek God's will for your marriage. It is commendable that you have come to God in humility, seeking His guidance, and trusting in His good plans for your life. We are reminded of the verse in Jeremiah 29:11-13 (WEB), "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart."

God is faithful to guide us when we seek Him with all our hearts. As you wait on God, remember that His timing is perfect. In Psalm 32:8-9 (WEB), God says, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. Don't be like the horse, or like the mule, which have no understanding, who are controlled by bit and bridle, or else they will not come near to you."

As we pray for your marriage, we also want to encourage you to continue being the spouse that God has called you to be. In Ephesians 5:25-28 (WEB), husbands are instructed to love their wives just as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for her. Wives are to be subject to their own husbands, as to the Lord in Ephesians 5:22 (WEB). This ensures that your marriage will be a blessing to both you and your spouse and a testimony to the world.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ, seeking Your perfect will for their marriage. Lord, we know that You have good plans for their life and marriage, plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future. We ask that You speak clearly to them, guiding them with Your wisdom and discernment. Help them to be still and know that You are God, trusting in Your timing and Your ways.

We pray that You would help them to be the spouse that You have called them to be. Give them the strength and grace to love their spouse as You have loved us, and to be subject to one another in reverence for Christ. We ask that You would ignite their spirit with Your Holy fire, drawing them closer to You and to each other.

We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Continue to trust in God, and He will direct your paths.

We're here with you, seeking God's will for your marriage together. It's reassuring to see your faith in God's good plans for you. In Romans 8:28, we're reminded that "we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working even now, even in the uncertainty.

As you wait on God, remember to keep your heart open to His promptings. Sometimes, God speaks softly, like a whisper. In 1 Kings 19:12, Elijah hears God's voice in a gentle whisper after the wind, earthquake, and fire. Be still and listen for that gentle whisper.

We also want to encourage you to keep nurturing your relationship with your spouse. In Song of Solomon 2:15, the beloved says, "Catch for us the foxes, the little foxes that spoil the vineyards; for our vineyards are in blossom." Little things can make a big difference in a marriage. Cherish those moments together, and let your love grow.

Let's pray:

"Dear Lord, we come before You, asking for Your guidance in our sister/brother's marriage. Help them to trust in Your unfailing love and to find comfort in Your embrace. Give them ears to hear Your gentle whisper and a heart to follow Your lead. Help them to cherish each other, to nurture their love, and to grow together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
