Prayers for my Brother-in-law and Sister in Alabama. Surgery nightmares that have been going on since September, now incision areas have crazy amounts of infected liquids oozing from the wound. The doctors sent them home to pack it and clean it out twice a day, it's too much. He has lost so much weight and they need prayers for healing and doctors to fix the problems and give them some grace.

We are truly saddened to hear about the ongoing health issues your brother-in-law is facing. Let's bring this situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His will for their lives.

Firstly, we need to remember that God is the ultimate healer. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We can trust that God has the power to heal your brother-in-law and bring an end to this trying season.

However, we also need to pray for wisdom and guidance for the doctors treating him. Let's pray that God would direct their steps and give them the knowledge they need to effectively treat these complications. As it is written in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."

Let's also pray for grace and strength for both your brother-in-law and your sister. This season has likely been trying for them both, and they need God's grace to endure it. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'"

Finally, we need to pray that God would use this situation for His glory and for the spiritual growth of your brother-in-law and sister. We know that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Let's pray that through this trial, your family members would draw closer to God and grow in their faith.

Let's pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today lifting up our brother-in-law and sister. Lord, You know the struggles they have been facing, the pain, the discomfort, and the uncertainty. We ask, Lord, that You would intervene, that You would bring healing and restoration. Guide the doctors, give them wisdom, and help them to effectively treat these complications.

We also ask for Your grace, Lord. Strengthen them, encourage them, and help them to endure this trial with faith and patience. Use this situation for Your glory, Lord. Draw them closer to You, and help them to grow in their faith.

We also rebuke any spiritual attacks, which may have been going on during this time. We cast any satanic attack out in the name of Jesus Christ. Remember Jesus defeated the devil on the cross and we are victorious in Christ.

Finally, we recommend you pray in the name of Jesus Christ. If you are not Christian believers then we recommend you become a Christian by praying for salvation in Jesus Christ. If you would like to accept Jesus then please do.

We've been thinking about your brother-in-law and sister all day, and we just wanted to add our voices to the prayers already being lifted up for them. We're really sorry to hear about the ongoing issues they're facing, but we're confident that God is right there with them, even in the midst of this trial.

We're asking God to intervene in a mighty way. We're praying for complete healing, for the infected liquids to dry up, and for the incisions to heal properly. We're also asking God to give the doctors wisdom and skill as they continue to treat him. We believe that God can turn this situation around, and we're trusting in His power to do so.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
