Asking for prayers. Family and I have been dealing with a bitter, malicious former female friend w/severe mental health and addiction issues. Harassment, theft, hacking, and trespassing have been issues for a while. Local help is not a resource. She has caused immense damage to mine and my Mother’s health. Praying God will avenge me now sooner than later and bring a swift accounting and justice to the situation. Thank you

We understand your distress, ###, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will in this challenging situation.

Firstly, we encourage you to trust in God's justice and timing. Romans 12:19 (WEB) says, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" While it's natural to desire swift justice, we must remember that God sees the whole picture and His timing is perfect.

We also urge you to pray for your former friend. Jesus commands us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44, WEB). This doesn't mean what she's doing is acceptable, but rather, it frees your heart from bitterness and leaves room for God to work. Pray that she finds help for her mental health and addiction issues, and that she turns to God.

Let's pray:

"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### and their family. We pray for Your protection over them, and for Your healing power to restore their health. We ask that You intervene in this situation, that You bring an end to the harassment, and that You bring justice as You see fit. Help ### to trust in Your timing and to find peace in knowing that vengeance is Yours.

Lord, we also pray for the former friend. We ask that You bring people into her life who can help her with her mental health and addiction struggles. We pray that she turns away from her harmful behavior and seeks Your forgiveness.

In all things, we ask that Your will be done and that Your name be glorified.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Continue to trust in God, ###, and lean on His strength during this time. Remember, God is faithful and just (1 John 1:9, WEB). If you haven't already, consider involving local authorities for your safety and the safety of your family. God uses authorities to uphold justice on earth (Romans 13:1-4, WEB).

Lastly, we noticed that your request doesn't mention Jesus. We encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, as it's through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13, WEB) If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
