We are glad you are seeking God's plan and needing a good understanding, clarity, and guidance. It is wonderful that you are turning to God for these things, but we notice that you did not mention Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. There is no other name under Heaven by which we must be saved than the name of Jesus. Let's first address this important issue with the following verse:
"In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace" (Ephesians 1:7 WEB).
"who [Jesus] , being in the form of God, didn’t consider equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to death, yes, the death of the cross. Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." (Philippians 2:6-11 WEB).
Now, let's seek God's will together in Jesus' name.
In seeking God's plan, we must first trust that He has a plan for each of us. This is clearly outlined in Scripture:
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).
To gain understanding, clarity, and guidance, we must spend time in God's Word and in prayer. This helps us renew our minds and align our will with God's:
"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." (Romans 12:2 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will and purpose. We ask for clarity, understanding, and guidance. Help us to trust in Your plan for our lives, even when we don't fully understand it. Open our hearts and minds to Your Word, and help us to align our will with Yours. Give us the wisdom and discernment to make decisions that honor You.
"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." (James 1:5 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to seek God with all your heart, and He will make His plan known to you. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.
"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
