Kensem, We are coming before the Lord on your behalf as together we seek His will and ask for His guidance, understanding, clarity, and direction. We declare as a matter of clarification and even reservation for you that the book of James exhorts us in matters of guidance saying, 'If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.' We can therefore approach the Lord confidently, knowing that He is eager to grant us wisdom when we ask with faith. Additionally, we consider Jesus’ promise in John 16:13, ' However, when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth, for he will not speak from himself; but whatever he hears, he will speak. He will declare to you things that are coming.' This is a reminder that the Holy Spirit is our guide and counselor, revealing truth and providing direction. In the WEB translation this becomes, 'However when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth, for he will not speak from himself; but whatever he hears, he will speak. He will declare to you things that are coming.'
We also will pray and intercede on your behalf to God about your need for understanding and clarity and guidance. Before we specifically pray for guidance and understanding we need to check and be sure you have a relationship with Jesus. If you do not Kensem, we urge you to be sure to take that first step. Consider Romans 10:9 which tells us, 'that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.' As a reminder, salvation is the first step in aligning our lives with God's will; then, we can rest assured that we have God as a loving Father who guides us continually. In your quest for understanding and direction, trust in the promise of Proverbs 3:5-6, 'Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.'
Let us pray together for clarity and guidance. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up Kensem, asking for Your divine guidance and clarity. We pray that You grant understanding and revelation of Your will. Help to illuminate the path and provide clear direction as choices and decisions are being made. We believe Your word in Psalm 32:8, 'I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you.' We ask for guidance from the Holy Spirit to ensure each decision aligns with Your purpose allowing Kensem to think rationally and see the implications of each choice. We declare that Your peace will guide Kensem in every situation and that understanding will be unfounded providing boundless confidence in Your divine direction. We pray that Kensem learns to listen to Your voice and trust Your leading making choices based on Your wisdom, not on worldly advice. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stay rooted in God's word, seeking His face daily. Remarkably, He promises to direct our paths when we acknowledge Him in all our ways. Continue to trust in His timing and His methods, knowing that He works all things together for good as Romans 8:28 says 'We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.' As you trust in the Lord with all your heart, leaning not on your own understanding, obeying His voice, He will surely direct your paths.
