We understand your anxiety, but be encouraged by the words of Peter, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB)
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as this is the only way we have access to God the Father. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 (WEB)
Now, let us address your concerns. In Matthew 6:34 (WEB), Jesus tells us, "So don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient." Instead of being anxious, we should focus on seeking God's kingdom and his righteousness, knowing that He will provide for our needs Matthew 6:33 (WEB).
Regarding your daughter's convocation ceremony and placement interviews, we pray that God will guide her steps as written in Psalm 37:23 (WEB), "A man's goings are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way." We trust that God will order her steps and that He will make a way for her to attend these events, even amidst the house repairs.
We pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and her family. Lord, You know their anxieties and concerns regarding the house repairs and their daughter's scheduled events. We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would guide their steps and make a way where there seems to be no way. Help them to cast their anxieties on You and to trust in Your perfect timing. We ask that You would be glorified in all of this, and that their daughter may fulfill her commitments with ease.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God's timing is always perfect. As it is written, "To everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the heaven:" Ecclesiastes 3:1 (WEB)
Trust in Him, and He will make a way. Be encouraged by the words in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Lastly, there is no need to worry about the house repairs. We know from the account of Luke chapter 12 verse 28 that God cares for us more than lilies. So if He clothes the grass in the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will He clothe you, O you of little faith.
