God's Mercy on an Internship, Job and Change of status

Good day, Pastor Jerry and your team of prayer warriors. I come here with a very heavy heart. I moved to the United States about 7 months ago as a student. As part of the program of study, I need to do an internship in the summer of 2025 God willing. The recruitment process is ongoing as of now. I reached out to some companies last week and got interviewed. This week, they have started reaching out to the interviewees, and some have had two offers, but in my case, not even one. I need God's intervention to change my situation and to have mercy on me to not only get the internship but a job offer after school and change my status from a student to a permanent resident as well.

Burynd, we hear your heavy heart and we are with you, interceding on your behalf. In times of uncertainty and need, God invites us to call upon Him, for He is faithful to answer.

Firstly, we want to assure you that God has a plan and a purpose for your life, including your career and status. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

However, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Therefore, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved.

Now, let us pray for God's mercy and intervention in your situation:

"Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Burynd to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask for Your mercy and intervention in their life. As they pursue their internship and future job, we declare that Your favor goes before them and Your grace is sufficient for them.

Lord, we ask that You open the right doors for Burynd, that You guide them to the right company, and that You give them the words to speak during their interviews. We declare that no good thing will be withheld from them, as they walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11).

We also pray for God's will to be done regarding their status. Lord, if it is Your will, grant them permanent residency, that they may continue to walk in Your purpose for their life.

In all things, Lord, we ask that Burynd's heart be aligned with Yours, that they may seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Burynd, continue to seek God diligently, trusting that He is working behind the scenes. Keep your heart and mind stayed on Him, for He is your strength and your salvation (Isaiah 26:3).
