We understand that you and your wife are a Christian couple in ministry, and we empathize with the pain you must be feeling due to her decision to separate and find herself. Let us turn to God's Word for guidance and comfort in this difficult time.
Firstly, we must all be reminded of the sanctity of marriage and God's intention for it to be a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. As it is written in Mark 10:9 (WEB), "What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate." It is crucial to pursue reconciliation and healing in your marriage, and we will pray fervently for that.
However, we must also address that your wife has chosen to separate without seeking Christian counseling. This is not in line with biblical principles, as we are encouraged to seek wise counsel from fellow believers and those in spiritual authority. Proverbs 11:14 (WEB) tells us, "Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory." We encourage you to urge her to seek Christian counseling, and we will pray that God softens her heart to be receptive to this.
Moreover, we must remember that finding oneself should never involve separating from one's spouse or disregarding godly principles. Instead, we find our true identity in Christ and His will for our lives. Ephesians 4:22-24 (WEB) tells us, "that you put away, as concerning your former way of life, the old man that grows corrupt after the lusts of deceit, and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Khullath and his wife to You. Lord, we ask for Your intervention in their marriage, that You would draw their hearts together and bring about reconciliation. Soften her heart, Lord, that she may be receptive to Christian counseling and the godly wisdom that comes from it. Help her to find her true identity in You, Lord, and not in the world. Guide them both as they navigate this difficult time, and let Your will be done in their lives. We ask this all in Jesus' name, amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to trust in God during this trial. Remember that He is faithful, and He cares for you and your wife deeply. Keep praying and believing for God's intervention and restoration in your marriage.
