Thank you calls and texts with our landlord have been remarkably peaceful.

Thank you the meeting with President Marcos and Secretary of State Blinken went well. May the U.S. follow through with its commitments to Philippines, Palau, Japan, Australia, South Korea and other free nations in Asia, especially Taiwan. We ask for resolve and a peaceful solution the the terrorization of The Spratly Islands and The South China Sea, and that you would give The CCP a spirit of contentment with what they have (1 Tim 6:6).

Asking my Dad's wife, Carol, will download WhatsApp on her iPhone so my Dad and I can talk for free and even video. May they go to a kiosk at a mall to have a techie young kid just do it for them or just get my dad a phone and show him how to press buttons. May I correspond with my adult children through WhatsApp often as well.
Lord, May Michael, the seller of our new land, send the pics we requested to WhatsApp (even though in Canada for vacation) so we have grace and wisdom to make plans with engineer & submit for permits for the new build. May the meeting in April take place and be extremely fruitful.
We continue asking God to increase sunlight hours to dry things out, prevent mold & charge solar lights sufficiently to last through nights (granting more pleasant weather during daytime hours). Again, we believe God has ended the monsoon season early, saving a major local bridge that is being re-fortified now. Rebuke oncoming storms and send them south of the island to dissipate to nothing where no one lives.
That I eat fish, grilled chicken, fruit and vegetables. That there's not so much pork and fried chicken on the table. That I run, swim, lift and for my shoulder to be healed & protected.
Lastly, thank you again for good communication with our Landlord. We have what we think the electric bill improper billing issue resolved (seems another property had been tapping the electricity, and the accounts were switched, (both became problems). We believe we have a fair solution now...
Please be with the landlords now and bless the conversation with the landlord later today and help us come to an agreement. We thank you for continued favor and good success (Josh 1:8). We also ask you keep the groundskeeper's attitude in check, and ask for Psalm 91:11 angelic protection over my wife, myself, and our workers, their families and our properties.
