Nochaeld, we join you in lifting up this prayer, echoing the words of the Lord's Prayer as taught by our Savior Jesus Christ in Matthew 6:9-13 (WEB):
"Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen."
We praise God for your acknowledgment of His sovereignty and the importance of His will being done in our lives. It is crucial to remember that our prayers are heard and acted upon because of our faith in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Let us also address the importance of forgiveness, as mentioned in the Lord's Prayer. Jesus emphasized this in Matthew 6:14-15 (WEB), "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." Holding onto unforgiveness can hinder our prayers and our relationship with God.
We encourage you to continue praying in the name of Jesus, seeking God's will, and forgiving others as you desire to be forgiven. Remember, it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, thanking You for Your love and faithfulness. We ask that Your will be done in Nochaeld's life and in our lives, as it is in heaven. Provide for our needs, forgive us our sins as we forgive others, and deliver us from evil. Help us to live lives that honor and glorify Your name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
