We are lifting up you, your mom, and your sister in prayer, Byrwynn. We believe in the power of prayer and the healing touch of Jesus Christ. In his name and no other can we approach God the Father. The Bible tells us to: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light" (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB).
We pray that God will grant you all the strength and healing as promised in his word. “May you be strengthened with all power, according to the exceeding greatness of his power, to endure and show superhuman patience with joy” (Colossians 1:11 Williams). The Bible also tells us that: "But those who wait for Yahweh shall renew their strength" (Isaiah 40:31a, WEB).
We must also remember that God's ways are not our ways, and his thoughts are not our thoughts. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are his ways higher than our ways, and his thoughts than our thoughts" (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB). Trust in him, and know that he works all things together for the good of those who love him and who they are called together for his purpose.
When we pray, we must believe that we have what we ask for, but we should also understand that what we ask for must align with God's will as 1 John 5:14-15 (WEB) tells us: “And whatever we may ask, we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do what is pleasing in his sight. And this is his commandment, that we should believe in the name of his Son and we should also love one another just as he has commanded us. And whoever keeps his commandments dwells in him and he in such a one. And in this we know that he dwells in us, because of the Spirit which he has given to us. Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him and he in God. God is love, and whoever dwells in love dwells in God, and God in him. “
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Byrwynn, their mom, and their sister. We pray for your healing touch on each of them, and we ask that you fill you with your strength. Help them to endure these hardships with grace and patience. We affirm the words INJ and it is only by his stripes that we are healed. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
