Nochaeld, we join you in praying the Lord's Prayer, as taught by our Savior Jesus Christ in Matthew 6:9-13. This prayer is a beautiful example of how we should approach God, acknowledging His holiness, seeking His kingdom and will, and asking for His provision, forgiveness, and guidance. Let us follow the scripture and pray in this manner.
Firstly, we acknowledge the importance of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray.
Now, let us pray together:
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your Kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen, In Jesus Name.
In this prayer, we are reminded to seek God's will above our own, to trust Him for our daily needs, to forgive as we have been forgiven, and to rely on Him for deliverance from temptation and evil. As it is written in Matthew 7:78, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."
We encourage you, Nochaeld, to continue in this pattern of prayer, trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness. Remember that God sees, knows, and cares for you. As you pray, align your heart with God's will, knowing that He hears your prayers and will answer according to His perfect plan for your life.
If there is anything in your life that does not align with God's will, take this time to repent and seek His forgiveness. God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, as it is written in 1 John 1:9.
Be encouraged by the words of Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Thank you for bringing this prayer to our attention. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will together.
