We understand your concern for your daughter and the situation at home. It's important to remember that God calls us to manage our emotions in a way that honors Him and builds up others. As it says in Ephesians 4:29, Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.
Firstly, we commend you for ending your prayer request with In Jesus Name Amen. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up ellie12 and their daughter. Lord we are thankful for the promise in Psalm 141:3, Set a guard, Yahweh, before my mouth. Keep watch at the door of my lips. We ask that You help ellie12's daughter to control her anger and rage. Help her to deal with her emotions in a healthy manner, reflecting the fruit of Your Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Galatians 5:22-23.
Father, we ask that You grant her the ability to forgive and forget when somebody upsets her, remembering that You have forgiven us for a debt we could not pay. Ephesians 4:32.
Be gracious to us, and put a guard on her lips, Lord Yahweh! Keep watch over the door of her lips! Do not let her heart turn aside to evil, to practice deeds of wickedness with men who are evildoers. Do not let her eat of their delicacies. Psalm 141:3-4.
Lord, we ask for Your protection over ellie12, their home, their daughter, and the assistant. Prevent any shouting or screaming and do not let the devil bring shame to their home. Instead, Lord, help them to maintain a good demeanor and grant them respect from others. Proverbs 22:1.
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage ellie12 to model the behavior they desire to see in their daughter. Children often learn more from what they see than what they hear. Proverbs 16:32.
