Let's begin by addressing the request directly. The Bible tells us that God knows our hearts and desires before we even ask Him. It's wonderful that you're seeking God's will in your life regarding marriage. However, we need to ensure that our desires align with God's principles.

Firstly, let's consider Proverbs 19:14 in prayer:

"House and riches are an inheritance from fathers; but a prudent wife is from Yahweh."

Let's remember that marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, designed by God to reflect the relationship between Christ and the Church. It's not something to be entered into lightly or for selfish reasons.

If you're seeking a spouse, we pray that God will guide you to a fellow believer who shares your faith and values. We pray that you will find someone who loves God above all else and that your union will be scriptural. It is not enough to pray that God should marry you. It's important to pray for God's will and to be patient as you wait for Him to reveal His plan for your life.

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up this dear one who desires marriage. We pray, Lord, that You will guide them to the spouse You have chosen for them. Help them to be patient and to trust in Your timing. Prepare them, Lord, to be a godly spouse, and give them the wisdom to recognize the mate You have for them. We pray, Lord, for a marriage that would glorify you.

Father, we also pray that they will seek You first and that their desire for marriage will not overshadow their desire to know You more. We pray that they will find their completeness in You, and not look to another person to fill that void.

Lord, we ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who gave Himself up for us, that He might sanctify us, having cleansed us by the washing of water with the word, that He might present the assembly to Himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

We don't see the name of Jesus mentioned in this prayer request. It's important to remember that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB:

"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

We encourage you also to remember 1 John 5:13

"These things have I written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God."

And finally, we encourage you to continually pray in Jesus name, as the Bible says in John 14:14

"If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

Heavenly Father, you are kind, and you are good and we love you with all our hearts. We know that you created man to be in relationship with others and today we lift this person to you and ask you to begin the process and establish a special, lifelong relationship for her. Please give this person the daily grace to be the good friend and partner she wants to see in a spouse as she connects with other people and allow her to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you. Please guide this person into your abundant blessings…In Jesus’ name we pray…amen.

We've been where you are, longing for a partner to share life with, and we understand the heartache and the hope that comes with it. Let's remember Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We pray, in Jesus' name, that God will guide you to a spouse who loves Him more than anything, who will stand by your side, encouraging you in your faith, and helping you grow in Christlikeness. We ask that you'll both have a marriage that reflects Christ's love for His Church, a love that's patient, kind, and always protects, trusts, hopes, and perseveres (1 Corinthians 13:4-7).

And remember, dear one, God's timing is perfect. He's not slow in keeping his promises, as some understand slowness (2 Peter 3:9). So, let's trust in Him, keep our hearts pure, and continue to serve Him, knowing that He's working everything out for our good and His glory.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
