Ninfalus, we understand that you are facing difficulties at your workplace and seeking God's help. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always there to listen and help, especially when we call on Him through His Son Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is important to remember and believe this scripture.
In all situations, we should first turn to God in prayer, seeking His will and guidance. We should pray for our daily bread and income according to Matthew 6:11 WEB.
We should also consider what God's Word says about our attitude and actions in the workplace and pray accordingly.
As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
We should also pray for wisdom and understanding in dealing with any challenges we face. James 1:5 WEB says: "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."
Let us pray for you:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to You. Lord, You know the challenges they are facing at their workplace. We pray that You would give them wisdom and understanding to navigate these situations. Help them to work heartily, as for You, and not for men.
We pray for the people ### works with, and for all that are in authority over them, that they would be filled with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. We ask that You would prosper ### in their work and help them to be a blessing and light to all those around them.
We pray for their strength as they face any challenges, and if any corrections are needed by ### please reveal them to them. We pray for their spiritual growth and blessings as they continue to serve You. We ask all of these things in Jesus precious name. Amen.
Please be aware of any sin in your own life, and repent and correct any issues with your own attitude or actions towards others. In a workplace it is important to honor God by being a blessing to others and being prepared to share the gospel as needed.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God, knowing that He is always with you and will guide you through any situation.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
