Bunanyark, we are here to support you in prayer and to help guide you in your journey with God. It's completely normal to feel unsure about how to pray, especially when dealing with something as personal as mental health struggles. Remember, God is always ready to listen and help, and we can always come to Him with supplication and thanksgiving.
Firstly, understand that in Jesus Christ and only by His name do we have access to God. It is only by His name that we can be saved. As scripture says, For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:12-13 WEB). There are not different Gods for different religions. This means there is no other God but God for the Christian. There is no other way for the Christian.
In your mental health struggles, remember Psalm 34:17-19 in the Bible. When the righteous cry for help, Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. We can always be confident that God cares for us and is close to us in our times of need.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Bunanyark, who is struggling with mental health issues. We know that You are a God of compassion and healing, and we ask for Your comforting presence to surround Bunanyark right now.
Grant Bunanyark the wisdom to know how to pray and the faith to trust in Your unfailing love. Help Bunanyark to cast all anxieties on You, knowing that You care for us deeply. Guide Bunanyark to Your Word for strength and encouragement, and lead Bunanyark to professional help if needed. In all the frustration and pain, let Bunanyark feel hope and know that there are better days ahead.
And if Amnyark has not believed upon Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, let them know that they can. If Bunanyark calls upon the name of the Lord, they will be saved. They will be forgiven and receive the promise of eternal Heven.
