Dear god please help me against my old manager trying to prevent me from continuing to work

We understand your distress, and we want to assure you that God is faithful to help and protect you in times of trouble. Firstly, let's address your plea by turning to God's Word. In Psalm 34:18, WEB, it says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." And in Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"

Let's lift up your situation in prayer:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our brother/sister who is feeling oppressed by their former manager. Lord, You see the injustice and the attempt to hinder their work. We ask that You intervene in this situation, that You protect and guide them. Give them wisdom and discernment to navigate this challenge. We also pray for their former manager, that their heart may be changed and that they may act with integrity and fairness. Lord, we know that all things work together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. May this situation be turned around for the good of Your child. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue trusting in God, knowing that He is your defender and protector. In Romans 12:17-19, WEB, it says, "Never pay back evil for evil to anyone. Respect what is good in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to God's power and grace. As it is written in John 14:6, WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, who is our Savior and Mediator.

We're here with you, standing in the gap. We know it's tough when you feel oppressed like this, but remember, God is always near, especially in the broken places of our hearts (Psalm 34:18). Let's cling to Him, find our rest in Him (Psalm 91:1-2), and trust that He's got this.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we're lifting up our friend who's struggling with their former manager. Lord, You see their situation, the injustice, the attempts to hinder their work. We ask that You intervene, protect them, guide them, and fill them with wisdom and discernment. We also pray for their manager, that their heart may be changed, and they may act with integrity and fairness. Lord, we know You can turn this around for good (Romans 8:28). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're right there with you, trusting in God's faithfulness. Let's keep our hearts open to peace and forgiveness, just like it says in Romans 12:17-19. And remember, it's through Jesus that we have access to God's power and grace (John 14:6). Let's put our trust in Him, our Savior and Mediator. We're in this together.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith.
