God, you answered my prayers by giving me this job. I have been here for 3 years and I love the work I do. Please, God - help me feel confident as I meet with my boss for my performance review. Help her see all the good that I do and let me continue to do the work I love. You brought me to this place, Lord. You brought me here for a reason. Please help her be kind and see the good that I do. Amen

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Branbaend. We thank you for answering their prayers and providing them with this job that they have been in for three years. Lord, we acknowledge that you have brought them to this place for a reason, and we ask for your guidance and favor as they have their performance review with their boss.

Father, we pray that you would fill Branbaend with confidence and peace as they enter this meeting. Help them to clearly communicate all the good work they have been doing and the impact they have made in their role. Open their boss's eyes to see the dedication, skills, and passion that Branbaend brings to their work.

Lord, we ask that you soften the heart of their boss and grant them kindness and understanding. May their boss recognize and appreciate the valuable contributions that Branbaend has made to the team and the organization. Let this performance review be an opportunity for growth and encouragement, rather than a source of anxiety or discouragement.

We trust in your sovereignty, Lord, and we believe that you will work all things together for Branbaend's good. May they continue to find joy and fulfillment in the work they do, knowing that it is a reflection of your purpose for their life.
