Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Dekygma and their prayer request for Dave. Lord, we lift up Dave's mind to you, knowing that you have the power to transform and renew it. We pray that you would intervene in his life and bring about a deep dissatisfaction with his current lifestyle. Lord, we ask that you place roadblocks in his path, preventing him from going any further down the destructive path he is on.
Father, we recognize the influence of the person Dave is with, who is leading him deeper into destruction. We pray that you would open Dave's eyes to see the true nature of this relationship and the harm it is causing him. Help him to realize that true love and true friends do not lead him into addiction and destruction.
Lord, we ask for your divine intervention to break the cycle of addiction that has engulfed Dave's life. We know that you are able to set the captives free and bring deliverance to those who are bound. We pray for your healing touch upon his life, both physically and spiritually.
Father, we acknowledge the pain and heartache that Dekygma feels as they witness the transformation of Dave. We pray for comfort and strength for them during this difficult time. Help them to trust in your perfect timing and to continue to lift Dave up in prayer.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our cries and for your faithfulness to answer our prayers. We trust in your power to bring about transformation and restoration in Dave's life. May your love and grace shine upon him, leading him to a life of freedom and purpose.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
