God wants us to help and encourage one another but he never intended us to carry anyone. We can't fix another person and we can't carry another soul into Heaven. Carrying another person tires us out...trust me, I've learned that one too many times!

Each of us has to want to do our own work and walk the walk ourselves. Dependence on others won't get you there! We're to be dependent on God!
