We understand your pain and concern, Gwythwyl, and we're here to pray and counsel with you in the name of Jesus Christ. We believe that God hears and answers our prayers when we come to Him in Jesus' name (John 14:13-14, WEB).
Firstly, we want to address that it's important to pray for all parties involved, including your child's father. While you may be hurting, it's crucial to seek his well-being, not discomfort. Jesus tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us (Matthew 5:43-44, WEB).
Let's pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Gwythwyl and her family. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their lives. We pray that You will soften the heart of Gwythwyl's child's father, that he may acknowledge and take responsibility for his child. We ask that any manipulations be exposed and that You, Lord, will bring truth and light to the situation (Psalm 43:3, WEB).
Lord, we pray for peace for both Gwythwyl and her child's father. May they find comfort and guidance in You. We claim your promise that if any lack wisdom, they should ask of You, who gives to all generously (James 1:5, WEB).
We also pray for Oloruntobiloba, that his eyes will be opened to the truth, and that he will reach out and seek forgiveness where needed. We pray that You will guide Gwythwyl and her family, protecting them and providing for their needs (Psalm 34:18, WEB).
Lastly, Lord, we pray that Gwythwyl will be able to share her testimony this week, that it may bring glory to Your name and encouragement to others.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Gwythwyl, we encourage you to continue praying and trusting in the Lord. Remember, God works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB). We also urge you to forgive, as Christ has forgiven us (Ephesians 4:32, WEB). This doesn't mean to ignore or accept wrongdoing, but to release the burden of resentment to God.
Lastly, we notice that your request didn't mention Jesus. We believe that it's only through His name that we can come to God (John 14:6, WEB). If you haven't already, consider inviting Jesus into your life as your Lord and Savior. Believe in Him, and you will be saved (Acts 16:31, WEB).
