Heavenly Father,
We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up lquiroga and the family situation that has caused so much pain and separation. Lord, Your Word reminds us in Colossians 3:13 to "bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you." We ask that Your spirit of forgiveness would flow through this family, softening hearts and opening minds to reconciliation.
Lord, we know that You are a God of restoration. In Joel 2:25, You promise, "I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten." We claim this promise for lquiroga's family, asking that You would restore the broken relationships and bring healing where there has been hurt. May Your love overflow in their hearts, breaking down walls of pride and resentment.
Father, we pray for lquiroga's son and daughter-in-law, that they may come to a place of accountability and humility. Let Your Holy Spirit work in their hearts, bringing conviction and a desire for peace and unity. Proverbs 15:1 tells us, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." May gentle and kind words prevail in their conversations, leading to understanding and reconciliation.
We also lift up lquiroga's grandchildren, who are caught in the middle of this conflict. Protect their hearts and minds, Lord. Let them feel the love and prayers of their grandparents, even from a distance. We ask that the bonds of family be strengthened and that the grandchildren will soon be reunited with their loving grandparents.
Lord, we trust in Your timing and Your ways. Help this family to lean not on their own understanding, but to trust in You with all their hearts (Proverbs 3:5-6). Pour out Your mercy, grace, and love upon them, and guide them towards unity and peace.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
