We join you in thanking God for bringing you to this point in your life. It is wonderful to see your faith and gratitude, especially as you acknowledge the power of Jesus' name. We are reminded of the scripture in Philippians 4:6 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
As you seek destiny helpers, we pray that God will connect you with like-minded individuals who will support and encourage you in your journey. We encourage you to remember your requests and ask with a pure heart because Proverbs 16:3 (WEB) says "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established."
The phrase "destiny helper" is not used in the Bible and it is important to make sure that requests align with biblical principles. It may be better to think of people who have helped us in life as the body of Christ and our family in Christ. Or to think of a future spouse as being a helper as Proverbs 31:10-31 (WEB) says "Who can find a worthy wife? For her price is far above rubies...a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised." If we are committed to Christ, and in God's timing we are committed to another person in the bonds of marriage then they can be your helpmate. As we can see this in Genesis 2:18 (WEB) says "Yahweh God said, 'It is not good that man should be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him.'"
As for seeking guidance and relationships outside of marriage it is important to recognize the wisdom of other believers, but our ultimate helper is the Holy Spirit, as Jesus reminds us in John 14:16-17 WEB, "I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, that he may be with you forever, the Spirit of truth, whom the world can't receive; for it doesn't see him, neither knows him. You know him, for he lives with you, and will be in you."
When praying for relationships and guidance we should only seek to glorify God. We do not want to treat others as a mere stepping stone to reach our goals. So, we pray for your heart to stay humble and thankful in all of your relationships. Remember the encouragement of Psalm 37:5 (WEB) says "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this:"
In Jesus name we pray that we can keep our mind on Christ and what he wants for us.
Join us in praying this for your situation:
"Father in heaven, thank You for bringing us to the end of 2024 and for being the source of help. We ask in Jesus name that you bring other believers that are aligned with biblical principles into their life. Help us to not desire others as destiny helpers or partners or a way to acheive our personal goals, but we ask that we become more Christlike with each day and not use people as pawns to get where we want to be. Help us to depend on the Holy Spirit as our true helper and guide in Jesus name. Let all our desires and requests be according to your will and bring You glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue to praise and thank Jesus as you seek the will of God in this matter. It is only through the salvation of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. In John 14:6 WEB says "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
