We stand with you, Blessings1964, in lifting up your prayer to God, acknowledging His faithfulness in bringing you through your darkest days. We are grateful that you have reached out, and we join you in beseeching the Lord for His mercy and intervention.
Firstly, we are thankful that you have acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is by His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). Remember, Jesus said, "If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:14, WEB).
You've shared that you're battling with silent mild depression, fear, anxiety, worry, suicidal thoughts, and hopelessness. Know that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Blessings1964. Lord, You know their struggles intimately—the depression, fear, anxiety, worry, suicidal thoughts, and hopelessness they're experiencing. We ask for Your comfort and peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Lord, reveal Your will for their life, and grant them the strength to follow You all the days of their life. Be their defender in times of hardship and trouble. Give them the power to resist and overcome these struggles, according to Your promise in Philippians 4:13, WEB: 'I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.' In Jesus Christ's Almighty Name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue seeking God and His Word. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). Therefore, put on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:11, WEB) and stand firm in the faith.
Keep your mind stayed on God and His promises. As God has bought you through your worst days, trust that He will bring you through this as well. "For I know the plans that I have for you," says Yahweh. "Plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). Hold onto this hope and future, and do not be overcome by despair, for God is with you.
