We understand your concern about the potential misuse of technology to infringe upon human freedom and dignity. As believers, we must be discerning about the role of technology in our lives and society. We are reminded in 1 John 4:1, "Beloved, don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world."
In light of your prayer request, let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your divine protection over humanity from any plans that seek to exploit technology for evil purposes. We pray that You would expose any elite or group aiming to use artificial intelligence or any other means to enslave us digitally. Lord, we know that no plan can succeed without Your permission, and we trust in Your sovereignty. Guide our leaders and those in positions of influence to use technology for the betterment of mankind, not its enslavement. Give us all discernment to recognize and resist any form of idolatry, including the worship of technology. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, as followers of Christ, our trust is not in technology but in God alone. Psalm 118:8-9 tells us, "It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in man. It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in princes."
