We are so grateful to join with you in prayer for your healing. We believe that God still performs miracles today, just as He did in biblical times. Remember the words of Jesus, "If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer." (Matthew 21:22 WEB)
Firstly, we must acknowledge to always pray in Jesus' name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The power for all prayers, miracles, salvation, and his death/resurrection is in the name of Jesus Christ which is above all names.
More importantly, it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved. "because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed." (Romans 10:9-11).
Regarding the encouragement to call on Jesus eleven minutes a day or to write His name in journals, we must clarify that while prayer and meditation are essential, there is no biblical basis for a specific duration or method. The power is in the name of Jesus and the faith behind it, not in the number of minutes or journals. "And whatever you ask in my name, I will do it so that the Father may be glorified in the Son."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your healing touch for the one who has submitted this request. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe that You have the power to heal and restore. We pray that You will grant healing, not just physically, but also spiritually and emotionally. Help them to trust in Your plan and purpose for their life, even in the midst of this trial.
We also pray for their faith to be strengthened. Help them to understand that Your power is not in rituals or specific durations, but in the faith and trust they place in You. Help them to know you are here in the room with them right now. Guide them into a deeper relationship with You, knowing that You are always with them, even until the end of the age. (Matthew 28:20 WEB)
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
