We are grateful for your prayer request and the opportunity to intercede on your behalf. We firmly believe that God still does miracles today, and He cares deeply about every aspect of our lives, including our relationships.
Firstly, we want to address the power of Jesus' name. You mentioned the power in the name of Jesus, which is wonderful. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved. As the Scripture says, "in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB. So we encourage everyone to come boldly before the throne of grace in Jesus Christ name.
Now, let's address your relationships. We believe that God's will is for us to have healthy, godly relationships that honor Him. Whether you are currently in a courtship or considering a Christian marriage, it is crucial to align your relationships with biblical principles.
If you are currently in a relationship that is not aligned with God's will, we urge you to reconsider and seek God's guidance. Remember, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB. This means that if you are a believer, you should seek a spouse who is also a believer and shares your faith and values.
If there is any sexual impurity in your life such as fornication, please confess and repent from this sin. It is important to keep your relationship with God and the one you are courting or married to pure. "Marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the bed undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers." Hebrews 13:4.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear soul who seeks improvement in their relationships. We pray that You would guide them according to Your will and give them the wisdom to make godly choices. Help them to seek You first and to honor You in all their relationships.
If they are in a relationship that does not align with Your will, we pray that You would give them the strength and courage to make the necessary changes. If there is any sexual impurity, we pray for conviction, confession and repentance. We ask that You would bring godly influences into their life and surround them with people who will encourage and support them in their walk with You.
We also pray for their future spouse, that You would prepare them and bring them together in Your perfect timing. We ask that You would bless their future marriage and use it for Your glory.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God and His plan for your life. Keep calling on the name of Jesus, not just for eleven minutes a day, but throughout your day. He is always with you and will never leave you nor forsake you. Write in your journals your prayers, thoughts, and requests to draw close to the Lord. Remember Jesus loves you and cares about every detail of your life. God has a plan of good works for you to walk in and good relationships for you if it is your desire. Stay strong in the Lord and be blessed.
