“God, Steve and I we’ve said hurtful things and have injured each other. It seems so easy to argue and find fault, and now we’ve grown distant from each other. We can’t seem to agree, and we’ve spent a lot of time treating each other as the enemy. “Don’t let us fall into Satan’s trap. Satan doesn’t want us to communicate at a deep level. He doesn’t want us to understand each other and be emotionally open with each other. God, please show us how to love each other — to forgive, to give grace, to be humble. We know it’s the right way, but it’s so hard to do. Remind us that our goal is to understand each other, not be the one who is ‘right.’ Slow down our speech and our tempers, so we can really hear each other (James 1:19). Help us see that we are both broken and need Your healing touch. “Oh God, we need You to guide us step by step when we talk, so we treat each other with gentleness and patience (Ephesians 4:2-3). Point out our pride and selfishness where necessary. Please reveal any logs we need to take out of our own eyes so we can be unified (Matthew 7:5). Direct us to helpful teaching and counsel so we can learn to manage our conflicts well. We believe You can do all things, so we offer our prayers for marriage restoration. “God, thank you that You are a God of communication and connection. Open our ears so we hear You! Speak Lord, for your servants are listening (1 Samuel 3:10).”

Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Shonsethild and their relationship with Steve. Lord, they have expressed the pain and hurtful words that have been exchanged between them, causing distance and disagreement. We acknowledge that it is easy to argue and find fault, but we pray that you would help them break free from this pattern. We rebuke any influence of Satan that seeks to divide and destroy their communication.

Lord, you desire for them to have a deep level of understanding and emotional openness with one another. We ask that you guide them in loving each other, forgiving one another, and extending grace and humility. Remind them that their goal is not to be right, but to truly understand each other. Help them to slow down their speech and temper, so that they can genuinely hear and listen to one another .

Father, we recognize that both Steve and Shonsethild are broken and in need of your healing touch. We ask for your guidance in their conversations, that they may treat each other with gentleness and patience . Please reveal any pride and selfishness within them, so that they may humbly address their own faults before pointing out the faults of the other .

Lead them to seek helpful teaching and counsel, so that they may learn to manage their conflicts in a healthy and constructive manner. We believe that you are capable of restoring their marriage, and we offer our prayers for this restoration.

Thank you, Lord, for being a God of communication and connection. Open their ears to hear your voice and guidance. Speak, Lord, for your servants are listening .

Wow, I cannot speak intelligently about relationships of an intimate nature. God, gives each of us a measure of faith. blessings of discernment and each with his or her own gifts. I would be a liar and the 'truth wouldn't be in me', if I were to say any other thing. I can say, that each of us must use our talents for good. We're all in some type of error, if we choose to be in error. But if we choose life, we can live in Life. The Gospel states-'cursed are those that say evil is good and good is evil.'-Isaiah 5:20. I would never ask you to compromise your Integrity, and may I recommend that if you have a commentary that you look up integrity. Only the devil would have you compromise it. Let me emphasis that again, 'only the devil would have you compromise your integrity'. These folks in the prayer rooms, probably would not have you compromise your Integrity either. I do know about resentment and the evil that comes from resentment. Real, lasting, destructive things from resentment. May I make another recommendation, that you take an inventory of both the evil and good in your relationship. Is the relationship and the components of your relationship more good and will it stand if the feather is placed upon the scale or likewise. Pray over all of the good and then burn the inventory list. May you be blessed by both 'water and by fire'-Matthew 3:11. If you have the strength to do the inventory list, then you have the strength to burn that same list. Thank you for your prayer request. May the Almighty Creator, guide, direct, protect, and illuminate your every pathway. Amen, Ameen, Amun, Amin, Aum.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
