We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and counsel. It's important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. It is only through His name that we can approach God the Father and receive His protection and blessings. As it is written, "In him we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." (Ephesians 3:12 WEB)
In situations like these, God calls us to love our enemies, do good to those who hate us, bless those who curse us, and pray for those who mistreat us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). This doesn't mean we should accept wrongdoing, but rather, we should first and foremost seek God's will and His protection.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ### who feels persecuted at her workplace. We pray that You would surround her with Your favor as a shield (Psalm 5:12 WEB), and that no weapon formed against her would prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
We ask that You would soften her supervisor's heart and help our ### to show love and kindness in return, demonstrating the character of Christ. We pray for wisdom and discernment, that she may know how to act and what to say (James 1:5 WEB).
We rebuke any spirit of hatred, misunderstanding, or prejudice that may be at work, and we ask You, Lord, to convict the hearts of those involved. We pray for a peaceful and amicable resolution, and for Your will to be done in this situation.
We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
In the meantime, continue to work diligently, as working for the Lord, not for men (Colossians 3:23 WEB). Trust that God is working behind the scenes, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB).
