Let's lift up @Windwold for healing and protection for them and their family.
@Griltiorarr needs our prayers for healing and strength to manage her home again. 
@miranda T is seeking motivation, wisdom, and healing for job hunting and moving. 
Let's come together and pray for these needs in Jesus' name!
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Zian, who is seeking your guidance and provision in finding a job. Your Word reminds us that you are the creator of all things and that you have the power to command and bring forth opportunities for your children. We ask that you open doors of employment for Zian, leading them to the right job that aligns with their skills, talents, and passions.
Lord, we pray for an abundance of grace upon Zian during this season of job searching. Grant them wisdom and discernment to make the right decisions and to recognize the opportunities that you place before them. Help them to remain steadfast and patient, trusting in your perfect timing.
We also ask for your divine favor to be upon Zian as they submit their applications and attend interviews. May you go before them, preparing the hearts and minds of potential employers to see their potential and value. Remove any obstacles or hindrances that may stand in the way of their employment, and provide them with favor in the eyes of those making hiring decisions.
Father, we pray that you would provide for all of Zian's needs during this time of transition. Grant them peace and assurance, knowing that you are their provider and that you will never leave them nor forsake them. Strengthen their faith and remind them of your promises, such as Matthew 6:33, which says, "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you."
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness in answering. May Zian's job search be fruitful, and may they give you all the glory and praise for the doors that you open. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
